In terms of quality, we work only with world-leading Manufacturers of valves. That means that our clients can be assured of the highest quality products at all times.

 

ith $7m of inventory we are able to meet many of our client’s immediate requirements. If we don’t have the valve in our inventory we let our world class procurement people and processes take over and source the valves our customers need.

 

Apart from maintaining our ISO 9001 systems we continuously invest time in the re engineering and fine tuning of our processes. These processes enable us to control the quality and delivery of all aspects of valve procurement, inspection, reporting and documentation.

 

As a result, we make sure that quality product s and documentation are delivered on time.

Technical Support

 

Our core strength is providing customers first class engineering support.

 

The UK is a recognised hub for Oil/Gas expertise and we bring that knowledge and our 600 man years knowledge of the valve industry to all our customers.

 

We work with clients to discuss technical issues and inconsistencies. It could be trim materials, cryogenic testing or documentation, we work with clients to quickly resolve technical issues and then make sure we supply the right product, whether it is from inventory or from a manufacturer.

 

The key issue for our clients is that we provide them technical confidence and do it quickly. We don’t just attend to the details we do it fast.

Actuation

 

HSP are a leading supplier of Actuated valve packages. These packages require the development of an engineering solution that includes actuators and control instrumentation as well as valves.

 

In addition to a detailed interpretation of client specifications, our engineers make sure all the interfaces are clarified and engineered correctly. Whether it is MAST calculations or instrumentation in control panels we engineer it all.

 

Once the engineering of the package is complete our project processes an people take over. We manage the procurement of all the many items in the package (e.g. solenoid valves and tanks) and make sure they are installed in accordance with the specification.

 

We also make sure that all test procedures are approved before manufacturing and then manage the testing on the valves.

 

The service we provide is independent from the Actuators suppliers, but whether it is hydraulic, electric, pneumatic or gas over oil actuators we have supplied them all.

Documentation

 

Customers are increasingly demanding extensive documentation of manufacturing and testing processes.

 

Following this trend, HSP is now a leader in the provision of documentation to our clients. We have a dedicated team of professionals who make the whole process smooth and efficient. Whether it’s a single fire test certificate or a folder with 200 certificates, we provide them all.

 

The process of document submission, client review and amendment can be very complicated with each document often requiring multiple submissions. So once we have an agreed format we make sure to keep visibility on the progress of each document and provide a quick service for any resubmission. When required our engineers deal with questions as they arise so that documents do not get “stuck”.

 

Obtaining hundreds of documents from multiple manufacturers in different continents can be a very time consuming process. But, because of our long standing relationships with manufacturers and the diligence of our staff we get documents turned around quickly.

 

Finally we present the documents in a consistent and professional manner that allows customers to source any document quickly.
