OMS Saleri manufactures high specification ball valves for the oil and gas industry.

Established in 1896 OMS Saleri started its successful history as a producer of valves for olive oil processing. During the two world wars, the Company manufactured special components for military equipment and then from 1945 the Company started to produce valves for the water, oil and industry. The company has 40 years experience in the production of ball valves.

OMS Saleri now has a 45.000 m.sq. factory near Brescia. The facility includes a state-of-the-art foundry and a sophisticated machining, assembly and testing facility. Having its own foundry means that OMS has total control of the quality and delivery of its valves. It also means that the Company has the flexibility to produce a wide range of materials. OMS Saleri can supply valves in cast material or forged/rolled material and in a wide range of materials from carbon steels to Super Duplex.

Starting from a quality system that was initially set up for the Nuclear Industry, OMS' quality assurance system is compliant with ISO 9001: 2000, API specification Q1 and to European directive 97/23/EC.

A commitment to on-going product development, combined with an emphasis on high quality services, has earned OMS Saleri a name as one of the world's leading valve manufacturers. OMS Saleri Ball valves are now in service throughout the world.
